<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power connector wherein the contact area of a contact pin and a circuit board or a metal plate side is enlarged when connecting both of them to enhance volumetric efficiency, connection strength, and connecting work efficiency, and heat generation in the connection part of the contact pin and the circuit board or the metal plate is reduced to improve reliability and performance. <P>SOLUTION: Plane portions 2a, 11a are provided at the tip parts of connector pins 2, 11 by making the cross-sections of the tip parts semicircular. The plane portions 2a, 11a are brought into contact with a circuit board or a bus bar 3 (shown in Fig. 3), and are provided so as to be positioned on the same plane.
