A turbocharger system of an engine and a control method thereof are provided to improve fast acceleration response rate of a vehicle by compulsorily increasing the value of the turbine vane control duty up to 95%~100%. A turbocharger system of an engine and a control method thereof comprises a step of determining fuel amount by receiving fuel amount injected from an injector of an engine; a step of determining whether the fuel amount is over a first reference value or below a second reference value; a step of supercharging turbine vane control duty up to more than 95% in case fuel amount is over the first reference value; and a step of opening a solenoid valve in case fuel amount is below a second reference value.
