摘要 Disclosed is a game machine suitable for promoting the improvement of the operation skill of a player in the game, for which the player inputs an operation, while taking the timing presented.  A storage unit (602) stores a plurality of periods which elapse till targets reach a sight as target periods.  A display unit (603) displays the sight and the targets made to correspond individually to the elapsed periods, so that the targets and the sight overlap when the target periods elapsed from a predetermined starting time.  An input acceptance unit (604) accepts an operation input from the player.  A decision unit (605) decides whether or not the operation input has failed.  The arrangement of the elapsed periods, which are contained in the individual sections into which the plurality of elapsed periods are divided by a predetermined time length, coincides with any of a plurality of predetermined patterns.  The display unit (603) displays the target in an appearance made to correspond to the pattern, with which the arrangement of the elapsed periods in the section containing the elapsed period made to correspond to the target coincides.
