<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effectiveness of a distributed advertisement. <P>SOLUTION: When a user performs an operation of a portable communication device 8 such as depressing a key or releasing key lock of the portable communication device 8 in the state that a power switch of the portable communication device 8 is turned on and the portable communication device 8 is in a standby state with power from a battery mounted on the portable communication device 8, the portable communication device 8 transmits a distribution request of an advertisement to an advertisement server 6 through a base station 3 and a communication network 2 by the function of application software for the purpose of advertisement distribution of the portable communication device 8, by using the user's operation of the portable communication device 8 as a trigger.
