PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element having high light emission intensity at low voltage.SOLUTION: In an organic light-emitting element including a substrate, a hole transport layer, a luminous layer, and an electron transport layer, the luminous layer has a light-emitting dopant, a hole-transporting host material, and an electron transporting host material, and the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) energy level(HOMO_D) of the light-emitting dopant, and HOMO energy level(HOMO_HH) of hole transport host material, and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO) energy level(LUMO_D) of the light-emitting dopant and the LUMO energy level(LUMO_EH) of the electron transporting host material satisfy following relational expressions (1) and (2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
