PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flavin adenine dinucleotide depending glucose dehydrogenase (FADGDH) that has high reactivity at low temperature and has more excellent thermal stability than existing coenzyme-linked glucose dehydrogenase (GDH) improved in reactivity at low temperature.SOLUTION: The invention provides FADGDH satisfying the following (a)-(c): (a) [1] having a specific amino acid sequence, [2] having a sequence in which one or some are mutated in the specific amino acid sequence and having GDH activity, [3] having the GDH activity when the identity with the specific amino acid sequence is 80% or more; (b) having the activity of 35% or more at 5°C if the activity in 25°C is 100%; and (c) having the residual activity of 90% or more after treatment at 50°C for 15 minutes.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
