PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a bushing device that can inhibit air from being interposed between a bushing body and a filler material.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a bushing device includes a filling step of filling mortar 13 (fire-resistant filler material) between the bushing body 11 having a forming nozzle 23 for forming glass fiber and a frame 12 surrounding an outer periphery of the bushing body 11, where a work bench 33 as an oscillator part oscillates the bushing body 11 during being filled with the mortar 13 or after being filled with the mortar 13 and a structure of the frame 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
