PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eating utensil in which, if cooked food is arranged thereon in accordance with the display of the eating utensil, a target ingestion can be arranged and in which, if cooked food is arranged in all grooves prepared for each food group, a meal with good nutrient balance can be ingested.SOLUTION: In the eating utensil 1, food groups 3 are displayed which consist of a plurality of types of food commonly including nutrients 8 that are decided based on a prescribed guiding principle for taking nutrient balance. Then, grooves 4 are formed for arranging cooked food for the respective food groups 3. In the grooves 4, there are indicated food displays 9 for showing cooked food and arrangement target displays 10 for showing estimation of the ingestion in one meal of the cooked food.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
