The present invention relates to a facility on land for a ballast water service to provide a service of supplying ballast water, collecting the ballast water, and discharging the ballast water to the ocean according to a request of a ballast water service-demanding vessel (50) required by provision of the ballast water for a service or a collection service of vessel ballast water. The facility of the present invention comprises: a sea water storage tank (5) for introducing sea water from the ocean and storing the sea water and a water inlet pump (6b) installed on a water inlet line (6) of the sea water storage tank (5); a plurality of ballast water storage tanks (10) for storing ballast water for a service produced by processing the sea water or vessel ballast water collected from a vessel; a ballast water processing system (100) including a main introduction line (110) for connecting a water outlet line (8) of the sea water storage tank (5) with the ballast water storage tanks (10), a main pump (120) for pumping the sea water stored in the sea water storage tank (5) on the main introduction line (110) and sending the sea water to the ballast water storage tanks (10), and a sterilization processing device for sterilizing the sea water flowing through the main introduction line (110); a ballast water service line (300) extended to the outside of the facility from the main introduction line (110) or the ballast water storage tanks (10) to be connected to the ballast water service-demanding vessel (50) so as to provide ballast water for a service or collect the vessel ballast water; and a drain line (72) for discharging the ballast water for a service or the collected vessel ballast water to the ocean. |
