The present invention relates to a safety fence of a dual structure. An objective of the present invention is to provide a safety fence having a dual structure which has excellent bearing power by an external force and buffer power by an impact, and can safely protect a pedestrian. The safety fence of a dual structure comprises: a plurality of dual structure support pillars installed on a concrete structure on a shore or a pier; a plurality of horizontal bars positioned between a dual structure support pillar on one side and an adjacent different dual structure support pillar, wherein both sides thereof are inserted and installed in the dual structure support pillars; and a horizontal bar fixing unit installed to penetrate the horizontal bars inserted into the dual structure support pillars to integratively connect and support the horizontal bars. |
