PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform data analysis for grasping an occurrence tendency of defects about a product or components for forming the product, efficiently.SOLUTION: A data analysis server 1 for analyzing a tendency of defects and notifying, based on complaint data, comprises: an information acquisition unit 101 for acquiring complaint data which occurs newly on a complaint data server, for storing it in a storage medium; a data analysis unit 103 for, out of the pieces of complaint data managed in the complaint data server, analyzing the data about the compliant data stored in the storage medium, with plural analysis methods, thereby acquiring plural analysis results; a threshold determination unit 105 for, comparing each threshold which is set with respect to each of the plural analysis results, with each of the plural analysis results; and an alert unit 106 for performing notification to a notification destination related to the analysis result which exceeds the threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
