PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an infrastructure that a preceding occupant can smoothly offer a tangible entity resource to the physically-challenged who wants to use it later, the tangible entity resource such as a seat in a vehicle and a parking space for the physically-challenged in a market that cannot be simultaneously shared with anyone else.SOLUTION: An occupied tangible entity handover promotion method includes the steps of: causing the physically-challenged who wants to use a resource to preliminarily register a use request with an occupied tangible entity handover promotion device; notifying a preceding occupant of the use request and issuing acceptance certification information corresponding to the request to the physically-challenged; and adding points to the preceding occupant receiving handover certification information as substitute for the handover of the occupation of the resource to the physically-challenged, on the basis of the certification information. This method can produce synergistic effects of reducing a psychological barrier of the preceding occupant and fermenting his/her positive handover intention.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
