PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for preparing a DNA. SOLUTION: Oligomers having a partial sequence selected based on the objective base sequence by a specific manner are prepared. PCR is carried out in a specific process by using two single stranded DNAs conjugated at the 3' terminal side as a primer of PCR and also as a mold to prepare the DNA. |
