A sintered heat pipe (200) and a semi-conductor cooling refrigerator provided with same, the sintered heat pipe (200) comprising a main pipe section (210) sealed at both ends, a bifurcated pipe section (220) respectively extending from one or a plurality of places of one side of the main pipe section (210); the working chamber of each bifurcated pipe section (220) and the working chamber of the main pipe section (210) being in communication. As the sintered heat pipe (200) is provided with a bifurcated pipe section (220), the present sintered heat pipe (200) and the semi-conductor cooling refrigerator provided with same have significantly improved heat diffusion or cooling efficiency, and can particularly be used for implementing heat diffusion for high heat flux density heat sources such as semi-conductor cooling plates.
