Disclosed in the present invention are an evaluation method and system based on a PET/CT image quality objective algorithm, wherein the method comprising the following steps: inputting an objective algorithm required to be evaluated, selecting a test type in a preset subjective evaluation database, and then calculating a prediction result of the objective algorithm according to the test type; performing nonlinear compensation on the prediction result to eliminate nonlinear factors introduced in the subjective evaluation database; and performing the evaluation on the prediction result of the objective algorithm according to three aspects of accuracy, monotonicity and consistency of the algorithm. The evaluation method can reflect the performance of the objective algorithm comprehensively and objectively, and has the characteristics of simplicity for application and good real-time property. With the evaluation method of the present invention, the performance of the objective evaluation algorithm can be tested comprehensively, accurately and quickly. |
