A biological-signal acquisition device (100) is provided with an electrode (120) formed of a plurality of cell electrodes and a controller (111) that acquires an electric signal from a living organism via a pair of cell electrode groups constituted of some or all of the plurality of cell electrodes. The controller (111) determines a contact state between some or all of the plurality of cell electrodes and the living organism on the basis of a detection signal acquired by scanning some or all of the plurality of cell electrodes. Moreover, the controller (111) selects cell electrodes constituting the pair of cell electrode groups on the basis of the determined contact state so that the contact resistance between the cell electrode groups and the living organism is the same between the pair of cell electrode groups.
