Problem To provide: a fluid damper device with which a load can be applied during rotation of a rotor shaft in a first direction as well as during rotation in a second direction, wherein the load applied to the rotor shaft can be changed during rotation in the second direction; a drive device; and a device with a damper. Solution In this fluid damper device 10, a damper chamber 11 having a fluid 12 filled thereinto is formed between an inner peripheral wall 210 of a damper case 20 and a rotor shaft 40. A valve 50 is supported by the rotor shaft 40, said valve 50 forming a gap G between the inner peripheral wall 210 and the valve 50 when the rotor shaft 40 rotates in a second direction B, and narrowing said gap G when the rotor shaft 40 rotates in a first direction A. The internal diameter of the inner peripheral wall 210 differs in the circumferential direction, and a load corresponding to the size of the gap G is applied from the fluid 12 to the rotor shaft 40 both during rotation in the first direction A and during rotation in the second direction B. |
