A speed regulation method for a controllable fan, at least comprising: whenever a speed regulation device for a controllable fan makes a decision that a rotational speed of the fan needs to be decreased, if the speed regulation device for the controllable fan judges that a current value of a first robust parameter (R2) is equal to a first pre-set threshold value, directly performing the operation of decreasing the rotational speed of the fan; if the current value of the first robust parameter is greater than the first pre-set threshold value, progressively decreasing the current value of the first robust parameter according to a pre-set method, and then waiting until the speed regulation device for the controllable fan makes the decision again that the rotational speed of the fan needs to be decreased; and when the rotational speed of the fan is increased, making the same judgement as stated above by adopting a second robust parameter (R1) and a second pre-set threshold value, and performing the corresponding operations of progressively decreasing a current value of the second robust parameter and increasing the rotational speed of the fan. A speed regulation device for a controllable fan uses this method. The method adopts different control methods when the temperature of a heating device increases and decreases, thereby ensuring the proper functioning of a target system, and enabling a cooling device and the heating device to maintain a stable equilibrium state. |
