PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminate capable of forming a laminate having high reliability and stable shape even when the laminate has such a structure that an insulating base material of thermoplastic resin in which a wound type liner conductor is formed is laminated, and to provide a laminate.SOLUTION: An electromagnet 10 includes a laminate 20 having a parallelepiped shape. The laminate 20 is made by laminating a plurality of insulating base materials 201 to 204 to heat and press-bond the insulating base material. Wound type linear conductors 301, 302, 303 having a structure configured by a coil of a spiral shape are formed in each of the insulating base materials 201 to 203. Further, low fluidity members 401, 402, 403 are formed in a region surrounded by the wound type linear conductors in each of the insulating base materials 201 to 203. The low fluidity members 401, 402, 403 are made of a material having fluidity lower than that of the insulating base materials 201 to 204 at a temperature during heating and press-bonding the insulating base materials 201 to 204.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
