摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material for a heat exchanger which has superior hydrophilicity and coating adhesion and can suppress deterioration of a drain pan and generation of germs such as molds, a method of manufacturing the same, and a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an aluminum fin material for a heat exchanger that comprises a plate material made of aluminum alloy and a hydrophilic coating formed thereupon, the hydrophilic coating being made of a cured product of a paint coating obtained by blending 40 to 65 pts.wt. of one of a polyacrylic acid-based copolymer, a methoxy polyethylene glycol monoacrylate/N-methylol acrylamide copolymer, methoxy polyethylene glycol monomethacrylate/N-methylol methacrylamide copolymer and 20 to 30 pts.wt. of one of polyvinyl alcohol and carboxyethyl cellulose Na with 15 to 30 pts.wt. of a water-soluble compound of 4,000 to 300,000 in weight average molecular weight represented by HO-(CH-CH-O)-H, and a melt of the hydrophilic coating into water being 0.05 g/mor less in mass.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
