PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT (Computed Tomography) apparatus efficiently processing detection data.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus includes: a gantry device scanning a subject with X-rays to collect detection data; and a console device communicably connected with the gantry device. The X-ray CT apparatus includes a gantry side storage part, a processing part, a monitoring part, and a control part. The gantry side storage part is provided in the gantry device and stores the detection data. The processing part is provided in the console device, and performs prescribed processing to the detection data. The monitoring part monitors a storage amount of the detection data in the gantry side storage part and the operation of the processing part. When the monitoring part has decided that the storage amount becomes a prescribed amount and that a prescribed breakpoint is imparted to the operation of the processing part, the control part transmits a prescribed amount of detection data to the console device from the gantry side storage part. |
