PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument attaining improvement in physical strength from a child to the aged by easily doing a stepping exercise, a twisting exercise and a bending-stretching exercise indoors.SOLUTION: An instrument 1 for exercising with the foot arch includes: a lower face formed to be flat; an upper face facing the lower face and having easy round undulations 2, 3 formed thereon; and cut faces on both side faces being formed with convex arcuate side faces 5. A user can get on the instrument 1 in a state of the whole foot sole being in close contact with an undulated portion. |
