PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater that performs safe operation and anti-freezing operation safely and effectively, using a power shutdown means.SOLUTION: A water heater includes a circulation circuit in which hot water in a bathtub flows, a bath pump that forms water flow in the circulation circuit, and an air blower that blows air for combustion, and further includes a function of anti-freezing operation for preventing the hot water in the circulation circuit from being frozen by driving the bath pump, and a power shutdown function that can shutdown the power to be supplied to the bath pump and the air blower simultaneously. When a condition for the anti-freezing operation is established while the air blower has some kind of failure and the power is shut down by an energy-saving function, a power shutdown mode is entered to perform intermittent pump operation. |
