PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a control width of a gain set for each of a plurality of amplifiers mounted in a vector composition type phase shifter.SOLUTION: A phase shifter has four or more amplifiers, and combines outputs from some of amplifiers which have gains set among the four or more amplifiers so as to generate an output signal having an arbitrary phase. A storage part associatively stores the phase of the output signal and gains of two of the four or more amplifiers or three or more amplifiers including the two amplifiers so that the phase of the output signal is within a predetermined phase range. The predetermined phase range is between phases of two signals that arbitrary two amplifiers among the four or more amplifiers amplify and does not reach the phases of the two signals. A gain control part acquires a set gain as a gain corresponding to the phase of the output signal used to transmit and receive the output signal from the storage part, and sets, as set gains, respective gains of the two amplifiers or three or more amplifiers as some of the amplifiers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
