PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material composition of cement free and water-dispersible powder with improved non-efflorescent for building industry and civil engineering industry, effective for preparing a wet type formulation of a lime plaster, a group, a waterproof coating or a mortar and containing a single polymer or a copolymer as a binding agent.SOLUTION: There is provided a re-dispersible dry compound of a finishing material of a polymer containing followings. a) a powdery organic binding agent included in a polymer obtained by spray dry or freeze dry of a dispersion containing the polymer and protective colloid, b) a de-protective agent, c) a specific absorbent filler, d) a loading material, e) a water retention agent and/or f) an inorganic rheology agent and/or g) a deforming agent and/or h) a biocidal agent and/or i) a dye and/or j) a fiber and/or k) an inorganic binder and/or l) a flame retardant (or a flameproofing agent).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
