PURPOSE: An outdoor communication equipment for inserting and ejecting a cooling water generating portion is provided to conveniently repair failure when repairing the cooling water generating portion or changing components by installing the cooling water generating portion in a receiving portion so that the cooling water generating portion is slidingly moved in a lower portion of the communication equipment when periodically and irregularly managing the communication equipment. CONSTITUTION: A receiving portion(30) installs a cooling water generating portion(20) in its internal portion, and inserts and ejects the cooling water generating portion(20) to the internal and external portions of a communication equipment(10). A flexible pipe(40) is installed at one side of a water tank(24) of the cooling water generating portion(20). A coupler(50) connects the flexible pipe(40) to a cooling water moving tube(11a) which is moved to a heating body(11) for moving a cooling water.
