<p>PURPOSE:To make damper rubber serviceable immediately after the elapse of a short time, by having the damper rubber left intact in a high temperature ambience after it is pressed in between a hub and a tire, while restoring the frictional force of the damper rubber speedily to the value given in time of pressing in. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical damper rubber 14 is pressed in (26) the inside of an interval 24 between a hub 10 and a tire 12, and afterward the whole body is left intact in a high temperature ambience. In this high temperature ambience, ununiformity in the stress distribution of the damper rubber 14 is uniformized or residual stress is removed otherwise whereby accelerating a prompt restoration to the value given in time of pressing in of the frictional resistance as well as a subsequent sticking phenomenon between rubber and metal and aiming at a gradual increment of lost force, thus a fear of disengagement between the hub 10 and the tire 12 is prevented.</p> |
