PURPOSE:To prevent generation of trouble due to the intruding water content by allowing sodium chloride, potassium chloride, etc. to exist in a storage tank. CONSTITUTION:The aqueous solution staying in an aqueous-solution staying part 8 is diluted by the underground water, and the melting point increases together with the advance of dilution, and at last freezing occurs at the temperature of liquefied gas. This diluted aqueous solution is sent into a dehydrating apparatus 10 by a pump 9. The aqueous solution of the substance which is concentrated in the dehydrating apparatus 10 is sent into a liquid storage tank 6 and then allowed to circulate into a liquefied-gas tank. This substance preferably has a small solubility for liquefied gas and a large solubility for water and the melting point of the aqueous solution prepared by the mixing with water is preferably 0 deg.C or less. As such substances, listed are sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, methanol, ethanol, etc. |
