The invention relates to a universal training apparatus which possesses wall bars with, preferably, two horizontal beams arranged at right angles to the wall bars. The horizontal beams possess further transverse beams arranged in the vertical plane which are arranged to form a triangular bond with the wall bars. Furthermore, the horizontal beams are designed as a hollow section, preferably for the insertion of an additional hollow section. These insertion ends are of different designs.
