PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system reducing the initial investment of an electrical appliance user. SOLUTION: A use contractor 1 rents an e-information terminal unit 16 together with an e-air conditioner 31, an e-refrigerator 32, and an e-television set 33 which are electric appliances from a service providing company 2. The operation information of these electric appliances is transmitted to a rental management server 200 owned by the service providing company through the Internet 10 from the e-information terminal unit. The rental management server transmits a rental fee including power amount of the rented electric appliances to the e-information terminal unit.
