发明名称 METHOD FOR PRESSURIZING PSA ADSORPTION TOWER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce an effect on an adsorption tower in the pressurization or adsorption stage by providing the pressurizing conduit and valve respectively to the upper and lower parts of the adsorption tower, and simultaneously pressurizing the tower with the purified gas from the tower top and a raw gas from the tower bottom. CONSTITUTION:The raw air is compressed by a compressor 2, and introduced into an adsorption tower 4A wherein the CO2 and H2O in the air are removed to obtain purified air. Meanwhile, a regenerating gas is sent into an adsorption tower 4B to desorb the adsorbed material, and discharged into the atmosphere from a valve 14B. In the pressurization stage, compressed air is sent simultaneously from a lower raw air pressurizing line consisting of conduits 23 and 24 and a pressurizing valve 16 and from an upper purified air pressurizing line consisting of conduits 21 and 22 and a pressurizing valve 15. By this method, an increase in the throughput of the adsorption tower in the adsorption stage can be reduced.</p>
