PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine cogeneration air-conditioner having less odors generated by a dehumidifying rotor and high cooling effect. SOLUTION: The gas turbine cogeneration air-conditioner has an air- conditioning part 13 to be driven by the exhaust heat of a gas turbine engine generator 1, and the air-conditioning part 13 has a mode of supplying a dry air using the dehumidifying rotor 16 and a mode of supplying a hot air created by the exhaust heat of the gas turbine engine generator 1. Change-over between two modes is carried out by using a change-over damper 10 for selecting exhaust gas from the gas turbine engine generator 1 to be fed to a moisture adsorber or fed to a heat exchanger. Pressure in a passage ranging from the change-over damper 10 to the dehumidifying rotor 16 is lower than pressure in the passage ranging from the change-over damper 10 to the heat exchanger 22. |
