PURPOSE:To eliminate need of a large-sized kneader, simplify processing with a signal process at a normal temperature and reduce a cost of a magnet by powder-mixing particulate synthetic resin powder and magnetic powder, compression-molding the mixture with or without a magnetic field applied and heating it. CONSTITUTION:As synthetic resin powder to be a binder, polymethyl methacrylate, styrene-methyl methacrylate copolymer, low-pressure polyethylene, phenol, etc., may be used wherein the particle diameter is approximately 0.1 to 30mum. Ferrite powder, rare earth.cobalt powder, alnico powder may be used as magnetic powder, wherein the particle diameter is approximately 0.1 to 500mum. By mixing such powder, particulates of synthetic resin are to be uniformly and electrically adsorbed to a surface of magnetic powder. In concrete, the powder mixture is compression-molded at a temperature of 2 to 20ton/cm<2> for 2 to 10 seconds and heated to 50 to 250 deg.C so that the resin powder is either melted or hardened to make a resin magnet. |
