Prodn. of multilayer film on lacquer - by forming non-hardened film on substrate, coating with aq. lacquer, and hardening
摘要

Mfr. of a multilayer film (I) on a lacquer is carried out by: (i) formation of a non-hardened film on a substrate with a cationically separable lacquer; (ii) coating with an aq. lacquer of the non-hardened film from an electrically sepd. film in a wet-on-wet system of paint application; (iii) hardening of both films by heat, in which the electrically sepd. film now in wt. 10 pref. 7 wt% or less after curing by heat, and the aq. lacquer consists of (a) a polyester resin opt. modified with urethane and having an acid number within 10-100 and a hydroxyl number within 20-300 and (b) a water-soluble or dispersable amino resin. Also claimed is the coated prod.. Pref. the cationically electrically sepd. lacquer is; (A) a resin with (pref. prim) hydroxy gps. and cationic gps. and has a hydroxy equivalent with 20-5000 pref. 200-1000 and an amino number of 3-200 (KOH mg/g solid); (B) an epoxy resin with at least 2 functional epoxy gps. which have on ave. one epoxy gp. per mole bonded directly onto an alicyclic ring and/or a bridged alicyclic ring; and (c) or contains a blocked polyisocyanate cpd. as the main component.
