PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill out and delete a mark, after the filling in a single mark column in filling a mark content on a marksheet. SOLUTION: A shape to be filled in checking the mark column and the shape of deletion mark deleting the filled mark after the checking are defined as a mark which includes a segment having an inclination to a scanning direction and a mark formed, by adding a segment having an inclination in the scanning direction to the shape of the filled mark, respectively. The number, changing from a white pixel to a black pixel, is counted for every readout line of binary image data of the readout mark and a sequence of variation points detected for every line and a sequence of the respective variation points detected, when reading out the pre-defined filled mark and deletion mark are compared with each other. As a result, a mark which approximates the defined sequence is set to the readout result of the mark column. |
