PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal increase of a crank pressure while changing delivery volume to control a suction pressure thus to substantially make volume arbitrarily controllable in a range of the maximum volume to the minimum volume by changing a control pressure of a differential pressure control valve. CONSTITUTION:Constitution is provided such that gas in a crank chamber 4, passing through a clearance between a bearing 1b and a main shaft 2 via a through hole 19 and a passage 21, is allowed to flow in a suction chamber 14 via a differential pressure control valve 20 and a passage 22. The differential pressure control valve 20 is constituted of a spring 205 for energizing a ball valve 203 in a closing direction by required urging force through a plunger 204 and a solenoid part 206 for applying electromagnetic force to the plunger 204 in a valve closing direction, and so on. By changing a current value of the solenoid part 206 to arbitrarily control a control pressure difference of the ball valve 203, a tilt angle of a swing plate 7 is changed. In this way, a stroke of a piston 10 is changed thus to change compression volume. |
