PURPOSE:To obtain the music sound of a legato play by the sound channel of one channel by providing a transit signal generating means outputting a transit signal for temporarily reducing the level of the music sound signal of a part where a high sound is varied by the legato play. CONSTITUTION:A transit sound generating means TRS generates the transit signal by a signal from an envelope signal generating means ENV and a legato signal LG. The transit signal rises between the depression of a key and a release finish of the envelope signal (2-5) when the output of the sound is eliminated, and the timing of the depression of an E key which detects the legato play is reduced by the level. In this case, the rise and the rising characteristic of a part T reducing the level are set as the characteristic not to be heard as a noise. Thus, when the legato play is performed, the legato play sound is efficiently generated only by the sound channel of the one channel, and a burden to a CPU is reduced. |
