This method, and the plate for its implementation, are used for electrophoresis segregation of protein poly-ions, and have a high concentrating and segregating capacity, ensure a very accurate determination of the poly-ionic composition, and eliminate the undesirable actions of some ions on the sought poly-ions.Description : the protein mixture is subjected to the impact of the gradient-amending in an intense electrical field with a gradient corresponding to a pH-range with 2 to 3 integers below or above the range of isoelectrical points of the poly-ions. The plate represents a polyacrylamide gel, in which is fixed a tris-glycinate buffer with a gradient changing along the length of the plate correlation tris to glycine of 4:1 to 1:40.
