PURPOSE:To reduce an area occupied by the matching circuit by stereoscopically constituting the high frequency matching circuit. CONSTITUTION:Over two kinds of passive elements (such as a spiral inductor 2a, dielectric capacitor 4b, spiral inductor 2a, dielectric capacitor 4b and resistor 7a or the like) required for high frequency matching showing desired characteristics are constituted in the same rectangular parallelopiped (chip.) Thus, the area occupied by the circuit for high frequency matching can be reduced almost by half or more in comparison with the conventional device. |
