PURPOSE:To most preferentially provide a converted word desirable for a user at all times by setting the priority of a learning function and a dictionary func tion corresponding to the contents of a document to be prepared. CONSTITUTION:Corresponding to a converting instruction, a conversion control part 13 perform KANA (Japanese syllabary)/-KANJI (Chinese character) conversion by referring to respective kinds of information in a dictionary memory 14 and a learning memory 15 according to the present priority stored in a priority memory 17. The dictionary memory 14 stores dictionary information for conversion having converted word information corresponding to reading information. On the other hand, the learning memory 15 stores learning information for conversion so as to decide the output order of converted word information. Corresponding to an order changing instruction, a priority set control part 16 sets the priority of respective kinds of learning information and dictionary information. The priority memory 17 stores the priority set by the priority set control part 16 as the present priority. A candidate memory 18 stores converted candidates provided by the conversion control part 13. |
