PURPOSE:To provide shoes having excellent appearance and durability without deformation of recessed parts after they are molded by a method wherein an instep cover and an inside bottom can be stitched efficiently, an instep part can be hung in a shoe mold easily, and a recessed part for inserting a cushion material which correctly corresponds to a protruded shape formed on the bottom of the shoe mold can be molded easily in the shoe. CONSTITUTION:An instep part 1 where an instep cover 11 and an inside bottom 12 are stitched so as to make a bag shape 10 is hung in a shoe mold 2 in which a protruded part 22 is formed with a step part 21 left on a bottom outer periphery by making anchoring holes 101. formed at the instep part 1 correspond to the step part 21. In an ordinary manner, a shoe bottom molding material is put by injection into a shoe bottom mold cavity 0 formed on the lower face of the instep part 1 so as to integrally mold a shoe bottom 5 on the lower face of the instep part 1. A part of the shoe bottom molding material is led into the step part 21 through the anchoring holes 101 so as to form a reinforcing beam 6 which is integral with the shoe bottom 5. Simultaneously with the molding of the reinforcing beam 6, a recessed part 7 for inserting cushion material corresponding to the protruded part 22 is formed in the shoe. |
