PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve convenience without requesting a special procedure to a regular ticket user by allowing every user to enter only by obtaining a parking ticket at the time of entering. SOLUTION: When a vehicle sensor 111 detects a vehicle at the time of entering without regard to whether it is a general car or a regular packing contracting vehicle, a parking ticket issuing machine 112 automatically issues a parking ticket 114 recording an entering time by means of a magnetic recording part 113 and carries it to a parking ticket fetching port 115 to allow a user to pull out from within the vehicle. When a regular parking contracting vehicle leaves, the ticket 114 issued at the time of entering is inserted to the parking ticket reading port 123 of a charge adjusting device 122. A regular card 124 is inserted to a regular card reading port 133 within a prescribed time and a magnetic reading part 125 reads magnetic data of the card 124. A card judging part 134 compares it with previously provided data to automatically check a parking low code, a variable period, a card number and the confirming of illegal use. Illegal use is confirmed by comparing the entering time and a last time laving time read from the card 124. |
