PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of similarly processing entry in a form document displayed on screen of a display and entry in a form document written on paper. SOLUTION: An electronic form document(EFD) of a prescribed form generated by a form document generating device 10 is registered in a form data base 18. A form document entering device 16 displays the EFD on the screen of the display, fetches a user's input to the display and sets up the input on the attribute data of the original EFD. On the other hand, an entered paper form document is fetched by a scanner 22 as a bit map picture and its picture is inputted to a form document recognizing/reproducing device 20. The device 20 analyzes the picture based on the original EFD retrieved from the data base 18, acquires the user's entery result and sets up the acquired result on the attribute data of the EFD. Thus the entry result becomes an EFD form in any entry method. |
