PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition containing a specific ethylene-pentene copolymer and (non) crystalline alpha-olefin random copolymer at a definite ratio and capable of providing a film having excellent seal-opening property and transparency. CONSTITUTION:The objective copolymer composition containing (A) an ethylene-- pentene-1 copolymer containing 1-25wt.% pentene-1 and having 0.01-100g/10min melt flow rate and 0.87-0.96g/cm<2> density, in which the ratio (RS) of impact strength to tear strength in take-off direction of a film with 40mu thickness obtained by casting satisfies the equation and (B) (non) crystalline alpha-olefin random copolymer having two or more kinds of alpha-olefin units, at an A:B weight ratio of (99:1) to (60:40), and enabling the preparation of molded articles having good impact resistance and low-temperature heat sealing property. |
