The holder or file consists of a flat back (5), right and left side flaps (6, 7) and an end flap (12). Each of the side flaps and the end flap has a zone with parallel fold lines (8d, 8g, 14) and a plain zone (11d, 11g, 13) so they can be folded over on top of documents of varying thickness. The side flaps are fastened over the top of the documents by a strap (20) and buckle (21).
