Cooking device enabling cooking food according to different cooking methods

The device enables the changing of cooking method from that of a barbecue to that of a Tandoori or cooking on stone. This is achieved by moving the hearth or replacing the cover by a cooking stone. It is composed of a vertical heating body (3) surrounded by sand (10) and an external cylinder (2). The whole is placed on a base (4) on which a stainless steel plate (9) is fixed. A flange (1) composed of two parts assembled by high temperature silicon is placed on the outer cylinder.
