SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, length-to-tie connections are loosened and rail length is lifted on supports featuring low friction coefficient, then tension is applied to length and the latter is heated. Complex includes track machine with tension device, continuous rail length lifting device, heating device is form of steam heating plant with system of steam passing channels, and nut runner.
