PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding door in a simple structure capable of preventing the rubbing and rubbing sound of the outer periphery of a closing member and the looseness of the closing member arising in the deflection of connected stile during closing. SOLUTION: A folding door wherein both connected stile 24 are butted to each other so as to oppose butted portions 41 in almost U-shape to each other and a first door body 3a and a second door body 3b are connected to each other in a foldable manner includes a pair of folding shafts 52 pivotally supported on bearing portions 43 formed on one end pieces 42b of both butted portions 41, a closing member 51 arranged between the insides of both butted portions 41 so as to strand over a pair of the bearing portions 43 for closing a gap between both door bodies 3a, 3b, a connection member 53 for connecting the folding shaft 52 and the closing member 51 at the header ends of the connected stile 24 and a spacer 54 provided between the inner periphery 63 of the closing member 51 and a pair of the bearing portions 43 while allowing relative pivotal motion.
