PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate delay of unlocking due to double release operation of releasing of double lock and releasing of door lock, and to maintain the operationability and reliability of a key entry system and locking. SOLUTION: The remote control device has an oscillator 28 transmitting an ID requirement, receivers 32, 33 receiving an answer ID, a means 31 controlling the states of operation of equipments 40, 60 in response to the reception/ non-reception of the ID, and a portable machine 10 transmitting the ID in response to the ID requirement. When the control means 31 receives the registered ID from the portable machine 10 at that time, the control means 31 releases the state of the double lock of a locking-release device 40. When the approach of a person to the device 40 is detected, the device 40 is set in unlock. The approach is detected by a hand sensor 1 installed to a door handle, and a transmission output is lowered during a time when a hand is not detected after ID reception. A lock mode switch 55 for selecting double/single and a push switch 56 effectuating/invalidating the selection are mounted, and an operator can select double lock or single lock.
