PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and a transdermal formulation that are adequately satisfactory in the adhesion to the skin and the solubility of a medicine in a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and also have low irritation to the skin. SOLUTION: An acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprises a copolymer (component A) composed of a monomer having carboxy or hydroxy and a (meth)acrylate as essential constituents, a copolymer (component B) composed of a monomer having nitrogen, free from a salt structure at the side chain, and a (meth)acrylate as essential constituents, and an organic liquid component (component C) compatible with the components A and B, and is produced by forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer crosslinked with an external crosslinking agent on one surface of a substrate. As a monomer used as the component B, N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone or an aminoalkyl (meth)acrylate is used. As an example of the component C, a fatty acid ester or a fatty acid ester of glycerin is preferably employed. A transdermal formulation can be produced by incorporating a transdermal medicine into the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
